Transit
The passage of a celestial body through the zodiac, and thus, the horoscope. Broadly speaking, it refers to the travel of that body over a given period of time. The passage of a celestial object across a particular meridian. Transits are used as a method of predicting current and future conditions on the basis of the interaction between the transiting planets and the planets and sensitive points in a natal chart.
