Browser Requirements for Shopping
In order to shop in our online store, including registering for classes, your browser must be configured to accept cookies and to run Javascript scripts. We use these two technologies to help us keep your order separate from the orders of other customers and to maintain the status of your order as you browse the different pages of our Web site.
Virtually all modern browsers have the ability to utilize these two technologies, although you are able to turn them on or off at your discretion.
|
Your browser does not appear to be accepting cookies. See below for information on how to configure it to accept cookies. |
You should see two messages above, telling you whether or not your browser is configured to accept cookies and/or to run Javascript. If either of these messages says that your browser is not configured to do these things, please see the instructions below for your particular browser.
If the messages both say, "This does not appear to be the cause of the problem," then there may be a different issue involved. This is most likely if you tried to enter the shopping cart or checkout script directly (i.e., by typing the Web address into your browser's address bar), rather than clicking on links at the Web site. As a security measure, the scripts will not allow you to do this. Please go back and use the Web site links/buttons to create and process your order.
If you continue to receive this message and the situations above do not seem to apply, please fill out a Problem Diagnosis Report to receive additional assistance. In the report, please include a description of what you were trying to do when the error occurred, and the text of any error messages you might have received.
